Erin Gaines
Senior Associate
Erin is a government affairs, policy, and advocacy specialist with ten years of experience working on federal policy issues and four years of experience working on Capitol Hill. As Senator Ron Wyden’s Natural Resources Counsel, Erin focused on public lands, oceans, forestry, outdoor recreation, and agriculture issues and staffed the Senator on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Since 2017, Erin has focused her efforts on policy and advocacy related to conservation, outdoor recreation, and the outdoor industry in roles at KEEN Footwear and Oregon State University, and as a volunteer board member for the Oregon Natural Desert Association. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2011. Erin lives in Portland, OR with her husband and daughter where they enjoy outdoor adventures, rain or shine.
