Romel Nicholas
Consultant
After serving as a Senior Policy Advisor to Senator Orrin Hatch and Pat Toomey, Romel established his own firm, RPN Advocacy, and began representing clients on matters spanning telecom, conservation, environmental regulation, data/geospatial data management, energy, transportation, and public lands policy. As a Senate staffer, Romel oversaw the passage of two major pieces of bipartisan legislation: The Emery County Public Lands Act, which placed roughly one million acres into permanent conservation, and the Geospatial Data Act, a good governance bill that saved an estimated $3 billion and overhauled the Federal government's management of satellite data.
Romel volunteers time supporting nonprofit work for Purple Heart veterans and loves baseball.
